The large crowd who attended a sunny Bellefield tonight saw a performance from a Wexford team that was full of heart, spirit and hardwork and never give up attitude. From the throw in Wexford had it all to do against red hot favourites Louth. The Wexford young guns answerd everything that Louth fired at them including up to the final two minutes when the opponents led by 3points Wexford steped up to the mark and fired home 1-1 in the last 70 seconds to win by a single point and win a Quater final spot against Dublin Saturday week 11th May.
