The Wexford senior footballers got their Division 3 promotion campaign back on track yesterday handing Tipperary a 15 point mauling in Wexford Park, wining on a score line of Wexford 2-20 Tipperary 1-8. Wexford’s forward unit sparkled with impressive displays and remarkable scores coming from Redmond Barry, Ben Brosnan, PJ Banville and Ciarán Lyng.
Wexford finished the game with 13 men following the dismissal of Paddy Bryne and David Murphy on a second yellow.
