PETTITTS SENIOR HURLING QUARTER FINALS:
A dramatic finish in Bellefield as Oulart come from 3 pts down with 5 mins remaining to score 4 points and clinch victory at the death V Faythe Harriers in The Pettitts Senior Hurling Quarter Final.
In the earlier game in Bellefield Ferns St Aidans defeated Rathnure on a scoreline of 2-22 to 3-12.
Ferns scored only 2 points from frees, in other words scored a whopping 2-20 from play and sent out a strong message of their title ambitions this year.
In Wexford Park Extra time was needed to separate Shelmaliers and St Annes. The final score was Shelmaliers 0-22 St Annes 0-20.
The final game of the day was less of a close encounter. Rapparees having a man sent off in the first half they eventually lost out to Glynn Barntown on a scoreline of 1-16 to 0-12.
So the Semi finalists will be Ferns St Aidans; Glynn Barntown; Oulart The Ballagh and Shelmaliers.
The draw will take place on Monday evening in Wexford Park. It will be an OPEN DRAW so any two can clash.
