As we approach the first round of the 2016 All County Leagues and in the event of pitches not being playable, the home club is asked to contact the opposition a few days in advance to check the availability of their pitch. If the opposition’s pitch is playable, the home club who was scheduled to host the game is asked to contact the CCC informing them of the venue change and to notify the Referee.
Also, if two clubs mutually agree to change the date or time of any league game (within the 7 day time frame), both clubs to send an email confirming same to the CCC and to inform the Referee.
All of the above protocol is necessary to the smooth running of the competitions as it is important to have the fixtures system, website, local press, radio and supporters updated at all times.
