At the March Co Board meeting Wexford Clubs have mandated the delegates to All Ireland Congress to support most of the motions at Congress that have been proposed by the 
Football review committee. This includes the controversial ‘Black Card where a team can introduce up to 3 substitutes for players who have to leave the field of play after receiving a Black Card.
The Clock timer, 35 minute halves for Club football have also been supported. However the proposal to introduce Proportional Representation for elections at County Conventions was not supported by delegates.
