It’s do or die time for our senior hurlers as they face Davy FitzGerald’s Clare. A side who’ve been something of a boogie for Wexford in recent years. Clare are hot favourites for this game but Wexford under Liam Dunne will be determined not to lie down to the Bannermen in this Thurles All Ireland Phase 3 Hurling Qualifer. Into the team come Andrew Shore who was suspended for the Antrim and Carlow games and Keith Rossiter returns from injury to man the centre back berth.
The game forms part of a double header with the Kilkenny v Waterford clash, throw in for Wexford v Clare is 5pm.
