The Wexford Senior hurlers will play their first game of 2012 against NUI Galway on Saturday 21st of January, throwing in at 2pm in St Patrick’s Park Enniscorthy.The game was originally fixed for Sunday but following representations by the students the game has been refixed for Saturday.
St Patrick’s Park will host the encounter as Wexford Park is undergoing annual pitch maintenance to ensure it is in top condition for the remainder of 2012. The Senior footballers O’Byrne Cup Shield match will as scheduled take place on Sunday 22nd.
