The Wexford District Annual Club Person of the Year awards dinner will be held in the Riverbank House Hotel next Saturday night 28 February.
The recipients of this year’s awards are as follows and it is a fitting tribute by the clubs to recognise the commitment and dedication given to their club:

St Marys Rosslare Timmy O’Connor
St Marys Maudlintown Grace Carty
Both of whom are fully deserving of their awards.
The announcement on the night of the District Club of the Year award will be eagerly awaited given the many successes of Wexford District teams in last year’s county championships.
Guest of honour at this year’s function will be the great Buffers Alley and Wexford stalwart Tony Doran who has long been considered one of the greatest players ever to wear the county colours. |
