A Hurlers Passing – (For the late Paul Lynch RIP)
The skies over Bellefield loom charcoal grey
And on her gate a half flag does sway
You have left us for a more hallowed sod
To answer the call of a higher God
Lynch was a good one I hear them say
As they take you to St. Mary`s to lay
Rapparees, St. Aidans, Starlights and County
They walk with you now in everlasting loyalty
And team together again their respects to pay
To a great hurler gone from us today.
