Wexford Games Development is running a workshop titled : “Introduction to Resistance training for Youth Athletes”U13 – U17).

Time: 8:00 pm sharp to 9:15 pm
The outcomes of this workshop is as follows:
Outcome 1: To give coaches an in-depth understanding on delivering four basic body weight exercises that are central to any strength programme aim at the youth player.
Outcome 2: Understand different ways of delivering youth strength exercises to a group of players.
The coaching workshop would be ideal for any coaches working with Youth & Adult teams. Registration is free but places are limited!
