Host Club Responsibilities
A. To ensure the court is booked for the matches and the door is open at least 20 minutes before starting time.
B. To ensure the court is fully swept out and that dressing rooms and showers conform to normal standards of hygiene.
C. To ensure that all players are correctly togged out in matching club jersey and club togs before allowing games to go ahead. Where this is not being adhered to, the game must not commence as the opponent(s) are likely to be awarded the match.
D. To ensure that matches start on time.
E. To appoint a suitable referee for each match.
F. To ensure that correct score is forwarded to County Secretary on the night of the matches.
Any club wishing to apply an admission charge should contact the Board in advance.
