The grand opening of the refurbished works in Chadwicks Wexford Park on October 13th, with Uachtarán CLG Jarlath Burns as Guest of Honour, was a tremendous success. It was a fantastic way to mark the beginning of a new chapter for the grounds and a promising sign of the GAA community’s ongoing support. Along with opening the newly refurbished grounds, the unveiling of the first instalment of the Wexford GAA Legacy Wall took place with all those who purchased a space invited to attend.
Wexford GAA are delighted to launch the second instalment of the Legacy Wall for all those who may have missed out. Announcing the launch of the second instalment of the Legacy Wall, Wexford GAA chairman, Micheàl Martin said: “The reaction to the renovations to our ground has been magnificent and we can all be very proud of our stadium. The Legacy Wall has generated a lot of positive feedback, and we are delighted to launch a second wall to give people an opportunity to add their name to the wall and leave a legacy in Chadwicks Wexford Park.”
