Motion 2: Horeswood proposing motion 2 that regrading to be determined by first game they play in league section of championship. Seconded by Oulart.

Motion 5 HWH-Bunclody propose that minor captain be allowed make speech after Cup presentation for All Ireland final.
Motion 5 is carried and will be sent to All Ireland Congress
Motion 6 is withdrawn by Adamstown .
Motion 7 that Club county board delegate serve a maximum of 5 years.
Motion 7 is carried. That motion takes effect from now. So first retirements not for 5 years.
Motion 8 Realt Na Mara is defeated. That rest period of 48 hours be introduced for all players.
Motion 9 that Co passes for club players and officials in local chship be replaced by Clubs issuing pre-stamped passes themselves to max 35

Motion 10: Grading teams in All Ireland qualifiers draw with lower grade team has automatic home advantage.
