Its early January and coaches around the county are putting plans in place for the coming year. None so more than the coaches who attended today’s coaching conference in Croke Park. Amongst many of the coaches were tutors and development squad mentors who put much time into developing players and coaches. The conference focused on the youth player and ways of inspiring them to become a more rounded athletes.
