We’ve just heard the sad news that Wexford great, 3 time All Ireland Senior Hurling medal winner and well know sheepdog man, Tim Flood has died today (Thursday 3rd July) aged 87 years old. Tim a Cloughbawn club man was one of a shrinking number of players from Wexford’s golden era in the 1950’s.
In later years Tim was a well-known face on the sheepdog trial circuit and home and abroad appearing on the BBC show ‘One man and his dog.’
