Well done to the boys from St. Anne’s Rathangan captained by Kevin Hannigan who won the 2011 Captain Michael Baker U21 Hurling Final played in Wexford Park tonight on a final scoreline 0-20 to 2-09. This is the first time the title has gone to St. Anne’s since the club was joined with Kilmore to win the title in 1964.
This team were defeated in the Roinn 1 Final in 2010 with Glynn-Barntown capturing the title last year.
