An Exciting open game of football from Wexford kicked off the the New Season today but unfortunately the Div 2 team Meath proved to be 7 points better on the day with a 1-20 to 1-13 win which paved their way into a Leinster GAA Bord na Móna O’Byrne Cup Semi Final v Dublin
Its only the 1st weekend in January and despite today’s defeat Wexford showed signs that we will see a much stronger Wexford side in the coming season #SupportWexfordFootball #PromoteWexfordFootball and Look forward to an exciting opening Round clash against Meath in the 2019 Allianz League on Sunday 27th Jan
