REGULATIONS:
- Third Level Colleges do not have ‘First Call’ on inter county players from Counties participating in AFL Division 3 or 4 unless the player(s) is/are in receipt of College Scholarship.
- Third Level Colleges have ‘First Call’ on inter county players to a maximum of six (6) per College from counties participating in AFL Division 1 or 2. This list must be submitted to Comhairle Laighean on/before 15th December 2016.

- Unlimited Substitutions
- After Round Robin is completed players having played with their College may play for their County in Semi-Final and Final subject to their respective College not qualifying for Semi-Final Stages.
