Wexford GAA will travel to New York to participate in the Super 11s New York Hurling Classic in Citi Field on Saturday, November 16th.
We are aware of a large number of supporters who wish to travel to New York on this weekend and therefore have liaised with our Wexford connections in New York to organise the following.
Accomodation
Our friends at Fitzpatrick’s Hotels have offered us a great deal at their Fitzpatrick Grand Central Hotel for that weekend. Fitzpatrick’s is New York’s only Irish-owned hotel group, and their service is top shelf. The Fitzpatrick’s Grand Central is located on 44th Street and Lexington Avenue, just steps from Grand Central Terminal, from which the 7 subway train is just a 28 minute ride directly to Citifield. They have offered GAA supporters a discounted rate of $268 plus tax per night for the nights of November 14th thru November 17th, which is $80 per night less than the rate being offered to the general public as of this writing. This discount will be available to book until October 31st, 2019, based on availability of space.

There will be a discount “Voucher” prepared with “Wexford GAA Fan” that if presented at any of the three places above to pay for checks totalling $40 or more then the presenter will be entitled to 20% off the bill.
On Saturday, November 16th starting at 7pm, Jack Doyle’s will host a post-tournament gathering for all Wexford fans which will feature free food all evening and favourable discount rates for drinks as well as live music.
