Jason Ryan will be free to draw on the services of Wexford stalwart Niall Murphy for tomorrow’s Rionn 3 Allianz National Football League opening clash against Cavan. The red card, picked up in the Bord na Móna O’Byrne Shield semi final versus Wicklow was reduced to a yellow on appeal to the Leinster Council.
