Duties of Court Officials
- Responsible for organising referees, lines people and timekeeper etc for that particular court
- Responsible for keeping scorecards
- Must appoint replacement if leaving to watch another match etc
- Must be at venue by 9.30am sharp.
Duties of Clubs
- Must ensure their players are at venue on time
- Must ensure their players are properly togged out in club jersey and togs
- Must name their Court Official before the programme commences
- Must arrive at venue by 9.30am for setting up spectator chairs etc
- Must assist with return of chairs etc immediately following the last match
