Over 70 coaches and Mentors from underage clubs around the County attended a Coaching Workshop on rolling out a successful coaching session in Rathnure last Friday evening, Headed by George O Connor, Dave Guiney and Paul Carty. Tonight’s Workshop was the 1st of a number of workshops which will be held over the coming GAA season, Coaches tonight were given with the help of the U-14 development Squad a demo in Skill Development, Fundamentals, Types of game play and theoretical aspects of how to coach your team.
The 70 strong coaches who attended tonight looked forward to the next number of workshops which will include.

Saturday 22nd June: In Wexford Pk, Forward play in Football given by Paul Carty and Luke O Hanlon
10th August: Strength, Condition and injury Prevention, Given by Karl Gilligan and our own Paul Carty
